Refund Policy
A 50% Deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 2 weeks before arrival date. 100% Refund if cancelled 90 days in advance. 50% Refund if cancelled 60 days in advance. 25% Refund if cancelled 30 days in advance. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
A $300 security deposit is due at the time of check-in and is refundable at check-out assuming no damages.
Check-in
Check-in after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Arrangements can be made for late collection of the keys.
